There is a need to buy a boiler - not enough money? A familiar situation.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that Ukraine has a program of «Warm Loans»!  In 2020, UAH 400 million was allocated for the program, of which UAH 202.2 million was allocated to reimburse the population for expenses related to energy efficiency measures, UAH 190 million to compensate for the costs of condominiums for thermal modernization of premises, UAH 7.7 million to reimburse the purchase of solid fuel boilers.

The authorized to issue «warm loans» under the program are  4 state-owned banks: PrivatBank, Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank and Ukreximbank.

How much do they compensate?

• The amount of reimbursement for the purchase of solid fuel boilers for individuals is 20% of the loan amount, but not more than UAH 12 thousand
. <35% (but not more than UAH 14 thousand) for the purchase of energy efficient equipment and materials for owners of private houses, as well as individuals who are assigned a subsidy. Procedure for obtaining a «warm loan»:
1. 1. Determine the model of the solid fuel boiler Altep, get an invoice.
   2. Submit a certain list of documents to the bank to obtain a loan. .
We remind you that under the program you can purchase not only the boiler, but also additional equipment and materials for it. Alsolocal programs to reduce the cost of «warm loans» continue to operate, which provide additional compensation (from local budgets) for the loan body or interest.
