You are a woman. Feel it. Inspire. Dream!
This is a social project aimed at developing a personal attitude to oneself as a multifaceted personality in women of Chernihiv region!
In the modern world, women have a special role. As the keeper of the home, a woman has acquired rights equal to those of men. Such gender equality implies the promotion of women's rights in the labor market, their representation in politics, and participation in entrepreneurship. A woman is recognized as a multifaceted personality, which is very important for the fair sex!
At the same time, active participation in political and economic processes does not release a woman from her main purpose: to be a hostess in the house, a loving and caring mother, a gentle and interesting wife. How to cope with all the tasks, be active and businesslike, and still remain an interesting person? This problem has recently become relevant for many Ukrainian women.
The first step towards supporting women as a multifaceted personality was the implementation of the Lilea Women's Development Project at Altep-Center. The project aims to develop female employees as professionals, public figures, as individuals with clear goals, personal hobbies and self-development oriented, to increase the level of internal motivation, self-esteem, job satisfaction and productivity.
High interest in the project from employees and society - especially from women entrepreneurs in Chernihiv region - prompted us to develop the project in a new, broader format.
The project «You are a woman. Feel it. Inspire. Dream" was created by Altep Center in cooperation with the famous Chernihiv designer of modern clothes Olena Khrustytska. The project is aimed at developing in women of Chernihiv region a personal attitude towards themselves as a multifaceted personality: a professional, a person with their own hobbies, an active citizen, and, most importantly, a woman.
We want to show that by coping with a large amount of social and professional responsibility, a woman can develop femininity, wisdom, aesthetics, spirituality - the powerful energy that inspires the whole world to accomplish things.
The first step of the project is to create a photo shoot, the idea of which is to combine female aesthetics and professional environment in a production environment.
