ALTEP expands employee support with hot lunches for welders

ALTEP has always paid special attention to the working conditions of its employees. Previously, in accordance with the current legislation, our welders received milk to help neutralize the effects of harmful working conditions. However, we have decided to go further and introduce a new initiative - now every welder at the production site receives hot lunches every day.

We recognize that the work of a welder is extremely difficult and physically demanding. High temperatures, harsh conditions and increased workload require not only technical support but also proper recovery. That is why we have taken this step to provide our employees not only with milk, as required by law, but also with nutritious, hot meals that will contribute to their health and efficiency.

ALTEP appreciates the hard work of its employees and strives to create the best conditions for their well-being. We are confident that such care will allow welders to remain strong and motivated to perform the most difficult tasks, ensuring the high quality of the products we offer to our customers.
