Among the many conditions, we want to highlight cohesion, mutual respect, the ability to find a compromise and, most importantly, understanding of the common goal by all team members.

In business, as in sports, these rules apply equally. And the success of achieving the goal depends on the well-coordinated work of the team.

Sailing on the dragonboat, we not only took part in sports competitions, but also had a good team building training!
