When the boiler operates below the dew point temperature, the inner surface of the boiler is exposed to moisture arising from the process of flue gas liquefaction. This causes surface and pitting corrosion.

The dew point temperature depends on many factors:

    •  The degree of contamination of the walls of the boiler heat exchanger;
    •  Flue gas temperature;
    •  Fuel moisture content;
      •  Air humidity; Atmospheric pressure; Boiler water temperature;

    Taking into account the above factors, it is recommended to set the water temperature in the boiler to at least 45 degrees.
    The best conditions will be if:

      •  The temperature of the water returning to the boiler is 55-58 ° C (provided by a three-way thermostatic valve at 55 ° C).
      •  The set water temperature is 60-65 ° C.

      • The temperature on the batteries must be set using the submix node.
