Have you encountered the problem of boiler leaks? The cause of the leakage is a violation of the tightness of the heat exchanger. In simple words, when the seam that welded the workpieces is not laid with high quality.

The quality of the welds of TM «Altep» products is ensured by high-tech welding machines of European production, the operating modes of which are adapted to the thickness of the steel from which the boiler is made. Welding operations are performed by professional welders who are regularly certified. An important condition is the quality of the steel itself. For the production of boilers, high-quality carbon steel sheets with a thickness of more than 6 mm must be used. All welded boiler structures are subject to technical quality control and pressure testing with a pressure of more than 0.35 MPa.
