Hydraulic testing.Checking the tightness and strength of each boiler by hydraulic testing at a pressure 15% higher than the operating pressure. This ensures that the boiler will withstand the operating loads.
External inspection and painting.After completion of all technical operations, the boilers undergo an external inspection to exclude any visual defects. Painting is carried out only under ideal conditions, which ensures long-term resistance of the coating to external influences.
