Чому виникають "вибухи" в котлі
During the operation of the boiler, it is important not only to make the room warm, but also to ensure the safe operation of the equipment!
The causes of explosions in the boiler can be:
- Poor traction;
- Poor fuel quality;
- Too low a frequency of purge cycles;
- Insufficient heat transfer - radiators twisted or blocked by thermostatic valves;
- The presence of air in the heating system or in the boiler;
- Incorrectly selected boiler for the heating area;
- Incorrect setting of the parameters of the boiler control unit.
During a break in air injection, the heat temperature in the combustion chamber becomes lower than the ignition temperature of the gases formed during combustion, which leads to an increase in their concentration. The re-activation of the fan leads to a rapid increase in the ignition temperature of these gases (usually above 300-400 degrees.) and a decrease in their pressure due to explosions.
For the safe operation of the boiler, it is necessary to make the correct selection and installation of equipment, and in the future - to operate the equipment in accordance with the Operating Instructions.
